I would like to start off saying that I don't usually write reviews. Brent Mason Chimney Cleaning is probably one of the best companies I've dealt with. Sean Mason went above and beyond my expectations. Ihad a few problems with my fireplace and this man did everything in his power to help me fix the problems. Always available via text or email, evenings weekends etc. In this day and age it is so refreshing to work with people who truly have your best interests at heart! We used a chimney cleaning log to clean our chimney last week. Because of all the dirt from not having it cleaned properly the smoke came back into the house in the middle of the night! Now we are sharing a hotel room with our two children for over two weeks while we wait for the house to be cleaned after we had to make an insurance claim.

Don't make the same mistake we did: For a fantastic price Brent Mason Chimney Cleaning came in, cleaned the chimney and did a comprehensive inspection including pictures. They even went up on the roof in the middle of February!

Seriously, had we just called them first we would have saved ourselves time, money and headaches! Just call!

We are definitely going to have them come back to do some small repairs found in the inspection and I will have them come do my dryer duct cleaning. I'm not taking any chances anymore: Brent Mason will always be my first call!

I just want to thank you for the exceptional service you provided in cleaning our masonry chimney. Clean, quick and efficient! The Lock Top Damper you provided is amazing!! It keeps the winter cold air from coming down the flu and eliminates any cold drafts.

I would suggest that with this new Lock Top Damper (in lieu of the standard masonry damper that you removed) will pay for itself through gas savings over one season!!!

The draw on the fireplace has never been stronger. Even with the doors open and the fireplace burning there is no hint of smoke odor or smoke entering the room.

Truly amazing considering this fireplace is 35 years old!!
